Institution-Based Professional Development Centre (IBPD Centre)
Institution-Based Professional Development (IBPD) Centre(DTVET, Ministry of Education, supported by EU) is a school-based facility where teachers may participate in PD activities, access PD resources and services, and engage in professional activities that will help them enhance their teaching effectiveness.
Teacher Professional Development refers to “a wide variety of specialized training, formal education or advanced professional learning intended to help administrators, teachers, and other educators improve their professional knowledge, competence, skill and effectiveness.”
